Shipping & Returns
We always strive to deliver your order within the promised timeframe. However, sometimes delivery may be slightly delayed due to temporary production or shipping issues.
If this occurs, we will inform you and ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible. You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping
All our products are shipped 1–3 days after the order is placed.

If the product is in our Swedish warehouse, it will be sent with 1–2 business days tracked shipping via PostNord.

If the product is not in our Swedish warehouse, it will be shipped from our international warehouse with tracked delivery within 6–12 business days.
This allows us to ship directly from our factories and keep prices as low as possible for our customers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
Please note that your order may be slightly delayed due to temporary production issues. We work to resolve this as quickly as possible and ensure your product is shipped without unnecessary delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as a global pandemic.
Please wait up to 20 business days before contacting customer service regarding a missing order.
Our prices are exclusive of VAT, and customs or import duties may apply if the product is shipped from our international warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees.
Returns by Mail
You have up to 14 days to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund if it is delivered to a parcel center near you after receiving your order.
1. Contact
Please contact us first via email to receive the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine which center your package should be returned to based on the reason for the return.
2. Include the Packing Slip
Pack the product as securely as possible in its original packaging and include your order number. You are responsible for return shipping, so always request a tracking code from the courier. After sending the package, contact us via trevligborg.se if you want a refund or an exchange for another size/color.
Please note: Our headquarters is located abroad. When returning a product, you should send the package to our supplier, as they handle order processing for us.
3. Shipping the Return

Pack the item as it was received.

Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and return your package.

Contact us via email to receive the correct return address.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as quickly as possible, or a refund will be processed.
Important: Always contact us via email first to ensure the return is handled correctly.
Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Calendars (time-sensitive products)

Underwear, lingerie, and tights (for hygiene reasons)

Hair products, creams, cosmetics, and similar (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items or custom orders (cannot be refunded or exchanged)
These items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Exceptions are clearly stated and available to customers before purchase. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the cancellation is made within 15 minutes of purchase, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us once delivered.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, shipping costs will be deducted if not already paid by you.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged product depends largely on your location.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance!
Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair products, creams, etc., are excluded from Trevligborg’s return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned or accepted.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
For all refused or unclaimed packages, these costs will be deducted from the refund. We are a small company and cannot cover these costs.
In some cases, we may offer to resend the package for a small fee, which varies per case. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order after refusal or unclaimed delivery, only 60% of the paid amount will be refunded, and 40% will be retained to cover our costs (product and shipping).
We appreciate your understanding. Depending on the situation, additional administrative fees may apply, up to 10 dollars.
